Neon Hand Car Wash

When I pulled up I was wondering why the car wash had no line and no wait on a Friday afternoon and when I got back in my car I realized why…. The exterior wash wasn’t bad at all but the interior doesn’t even look like it was cleaned! Keep in mind I opted for their top car wash option. You’re better off spending $30 at the other car wash down the block.

I recently brought my car in for a wash, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The team did an outstanding job—my car looks absolutely spotless, inside and out. The attention to detail really stood out, from the shine on the exterior to the cleanliness of the interior. It honestly looks better than it has in a long time. You can tell they take pride in their work and go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. The service was also quick and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for top-quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I wanted to update my previous review after giving this place another try. I'm happy to say my experience was noticeably better this time around. The team was friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently. My vehicle looked much better, and I could tell there was more attention paid to the details that I had mentioned previously. I really appreciate that they seem to take customer feedback seriously and make an effort to improve. No place is perfect, but based on this visit, I can see the commitment to providing a quality service. Overall, I had a positive experience and will continue coming back. Previous review….I had a good overall experience here. The team was friendly, the vibe was great, and the service was very fast, which I really appreciated. That said, attention to detail is important to me, and there were a few areas that were missed. I still had a soda stain in my cup holder, the door trims and dashboard weren’t fully dried, and there was water running down the back window when I got the car back. I did have to ask for these areas to be addressed. I can see they work hard and move quickly, which is great, but slowing down just a bit to focus on the finishing touches w

Excellent experience. The team is clear about pricing, ridiculously thorough and work quickly to clean and polish the vehicles in line. Yep, I’ll be back!

I recently had a bit of a disaster under the hood, I forgot to put my oil cap back on after a top-off, and oil ended up everywhere. I brought my Accord over to Neon Hand Car Wash to see if they could save my engine bay, and they did an incredible job. I took some 'before' photos of the mess, and looking at the 'after' shots now, it’s like night and day. They managed to get all the grime and oil out of the tight crevices without messing with any of the sensitive electronics.
